An incredibly elusive copy of Black Cola by Frank Laric, published in 1978 by the legendary low-budget outfit Manor Books (Catalog #17193). Because Manor Books used notoriously cheap paper stock and binding, very few copies survived the decade, making this a highly sought-after survivor for niche paperback historians.
The plot delivers a gritty, high-stakes 70s conspiracy narrative tracking a rogue, racist government faction declaring war on its own citizens.
Condition Details:
Cover/spine - Heavy creasing, white stress lines, edge chipping, and surface scuffing as expected from an authentic, read-and-loved 1970s paperback.
Interior: Complete and structurally sound. Pages tanned due to vintage paper stock, but binding remains intact and the text is fully legible throughout. No major loose pages or missing text.
